Got it installed and have no sound manager in the control panel and nothing happens when I click on C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\ RtkNGUI64.exe. Please advise on the correct driver which I should install. 1 I have downloaded the latest realtek driver from guru3d (2.82). So I remove this driver and reverted to the one from the Gigabyte site and now in Task Manager > Startup I'm only seeing Realtek HD Audio Universal Service. Also I was getting an error message on boot. After the system rebooted I was seeing the Audio Manager in Task Manager > Sartup, however I was not able to launch it - with admin rights and compatibility. I disconnected the PC from the Internet and removed the driver from Device Manager, restarted the PC and installed the ALC codec. I have tried updating the Realtek driver but that didn't change anything. There is no bass and the sound is distorted and screeching. After upgrading, the sound quality of Realtek HD Audio has become very bad and extremely low. I navigated to your website and from Menu > Downloads > Peripherals I was that there is no SW for ALC1220, so I downloaded one on random to see if it will work. Yesterday I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I downloaded the audio driver from the Gigabyte site and the driver itself works just fine, however no Audio Manager is installed. uninstalled all Realtek audio drivers (including checking the box to delete associated driver) in Device Manager. I just completed a B450 AORUS PRO build, which incorporates the ALC1220-VB codec, however under fresh install of windows I'm not able to start the Realtek Audio Manager HD. realtek audio manager for ALC1220-VB codec (gigabyte) confirmed in apps list, control panel, Startup panel, and Search that there is no Realtek Audio Manager installed.
